Reporting Bugs

When reporting a bug, include the following so we can investigate quickly:

  1. What you were doing — the page or action that triggered the issue
  2. What happened — the error message or unexpected behavior
  3. What you expected — the correct behavior
  4. Browser and OS — e.g., Chrome 120 on macOS
  5. Screenshots — if applicable

For a document issue, include its project and version, approximate time and time zone, and the separate upload, text-recognition and review statuses. Do not send credentials, API keys or signed download links. Document troubleshooting helps you choose the right action while support investigates.

Requesting Features

We welcome feature requests. Email contact@gridwonk.com with:

  • A description of the feature or workflow improvement
  • The problem it would solve for your organization
  • Any examples or references that illustrate the idea

Response Times

GridWonk does not currently publish a general support-response service-level agreement (SLA). An SLA is a contractual response-time commitment. Include the impact and urgency in your message so the team can triage it; if your organization has a signed support commitment, that agreement controls.
